Add-on
A QuickBooks Online file built around how your organization actually operates, with the chart of accounts, integrations and bank feeds set up correctly from day one.

Overview
Most of the messy accounting files we inherit were not neglected. They were set up quickly by someone who had other work to do, and every year since has been spent working around the original decisions. A proper set-up is the cheapest hour you will ever spend on your accounting.
The QuickBooks Online file is opened and the chart of accounts and class listing are built specifically for your organization, which for a church or non-profit is what makes restricted and designated fund reporting possible at all. Settings are calibrated to match your operations and structure. Users and permissions are configured, opening balances are set, and bank accounts are connected for bank feeds.
Categorisation rules are built from your last month of bank and credit card activity so the feed starts useful rather than noisy. Accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit card and payroll platforms are integrated, and if you are not on an A/P platform yet we can get you started. Product and service listings are set up and customer and vendor data is imported.
This is a one-time cost and it is quoted rather than listed, because a two-account church plant and a multi-site organization with four integrations are not the same job. Discounts are available when you bundle set-up with catch-up work or monthly bookkeeping.
