Who we serve
Grant tracking, restricted fund reporting and audit-ready financials, so the reporting deadline is not the thing that keeps you up.
Overview
Non-profit finance goes wrong in a particular way. The program work goes well, the grant gets spent properly, and then the report is due and nobody can produce the numbers in the shape the funder wants. The money was handled correctly. The tracking was not built to prove it.
Unlimited grant, restricted and designated fund tracking is included at every tier, along with assistance on external reporting and grant applications. We help you assemble what a funder is asking for. We do not write the application itself, and a bookkeeper who tells you otherwise is selling something else.
From Priority upward the reporting extends to department reports, cash flow statements, A/P detail and board packets, with audit and review assistance so your auditors get what they ask for without you becoming the intermediary.
What that means in practice
Every grant, restricted fund and designated fund tracked on its own, however many there are.
Help putting together external reports and grant application data in the shape the funder asked for.
Working directly with your auditors, providing the financial data they request.
Bank, credit card, investment, restricted fund and liability accounts reconciled every month.
