For for-profit small business
Cash-basis monthly bookkeeping for businesses under $250,000 in revenue, closed by the 20th, with invoicing and monthly video recaps included.

Overview
Not every business needs the full Priority treatment, and paying for reporting you will not read is a poor use of money you would rather put back into the business. Simple Small Business Bookkeeping covers full-cycle cash-basis bookkeeping with the month closed by the 20th.
Income, expenses and credit card charges are recorded and categorized. Bank accounts, credit cards, investments and liabilities are reconciled. Documents are stored, accounts receivable includes creating and sending your invoices, and accounts payable runs bi-weekly with weekly available if your suppliers need it. Chart of accounts management is included, because a chart of accounts built properly early saves a restructure later.
You get a Balance Sheet and Income Statement each month along with a video recap walking through them, and annual 1099 filing and W-9 management. Financials stay tax-prep ready and we coordinate directly with your tax preparer. Payroll is available as an add-on, and two months of catch-up work is included with a twelve-month contract.
What’s included
Accounts receivable tracking with invoice creation, so getting paid is not another job on your list.
Bi-weekly accounts payable, with weekly processing available if your payment cycle needs it.
A recorded walkthrough of your Balance Sheet and Income Statement, so the reports get explained rather than just delivered.
Set up and maintained properly from the start, which is far cheaper than restructuring it in two years.
