Small Business Priority Bookkeeping for churches and non-profits

Overview

Built for a business, not adapted from a church.

We work with small businesses as well as ministries, and the small business service is genuinely different rather than the non-profit tier with the language changed. Income and expenses are recorded and categorized, every account is reconciled, and the month closes by the 10th on a cash or accrual basis.

The differences that matter to an operating business are all here. Accounts receivable that includes creating and sending your invoices. Chart of accounts management and optimization. Job tracking and department or location reporting alongside the standard Balance Sheet, Budget vs. Actual, cash flow statement and A/P detail.

Financials are kept tax-prep ready, and we work directly with whichever tax preparer you use to get them everything they need to file. We do not file the return ourselves. Bi-weekly payroll processing is available as an add-on, and two months of catch-up work is included when you sign a twelve-month contract.
